Refund policy

There may be some cases or situations in which InshoreOffshore agrees to accept the return or exchange of an item. If this is the case, customer will incur return shipping and handling charges as well as up to a 15% restocking fee. Any authorized refund will be credited within 30 days. There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges past 15 days of the item delivery date, and the honoring of any return, exchange or refund is at the discretion of InshoreOffshore LLC. Return instructions will only be provided after a determination has been made by InshoreOffshore.
